Work with us
Contractors, operators and advisors.
Projects are delivered by the firms around them. This page sets out the categories of capability we engage, what we ask for before a conversation begins, and how we work once it does.
The capability we engage
These are categories, not open positions. Which of them is engaged on any project depends on the project, the market and the capacity in front of us at the time.

An introduction is not a prequalification, an approval, a preferred-provider status or a promise of work, volume or pipeline. Engagement of any firm happens project by project, under a written agreement, and only where a project exists that needs it.
How we work with you
What a provider gets from working with us.
A scope written before work starts
Every engagement names the scope, the deliverables, the authority attached to it, and who decides what. You are not asked to price an idea.
Bids compared on the same basis
Where we run a comparison for an owner, the scopes are normalised first, exclusions are read, and the lowest number is not automatically the recommendation.
Decisions recorded
Changes, directives and approvals are documented. A decision you relied on can be produced later.
One accountable point of contact
You deal with the partner whose discipline governs the work, not a relay of unnamed staff.
Conflicts handled in the open
We state the capacity we hold on each project — principal, developer, advisor or owner's representative — because it changes what we may ask of you.
Before a conversation
What we ask of you
- The markets and counties you actually cover, not the ones you would travel to.
- Licensing and insurance available on request, at the limits the work requires.
- Current capacity, honestly stated, including what you are already committed to.
- References for work of comparable type and size, contactable.
- Conflicts disclosed at introduction — existing relationships, ownership interests, exclusivity.
Named firms
We do not publish a list of companies.
No contractor, consultant, operator or advisory firm is named on this site. Naming a firm states a relationship on its behalf, and we publish that only with the firm's written permission and an accurate description of the work. Nothing here is a client list, a logo wall or a claim of endorsement in either direction.
The two firms named anywhere on this site are the founder-affiliated ones on Affiliated Services. They are separately owned and operated, and they are not our suppliers.

If your situation is more specific
- Explore a Partnership — a joint venture, co-development or sponsor-level collaboration rather than a provider relationship.
- Discuss a Project — you want to engage Threefold on a live project, rather than offer capability to us.
- Submit an Opportunity — you control or represent a specific site, project or asset.
- Partnerships FAQ — common questions before you send anything.
