Nothing on this site is an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security or interest in any entity, fund, project or joint venture. Nothing here is investment, legal, tax or accounting advice, and nothing here should be relied on as a recommendation.

There is no offering material, subscription process, allocation, data room or accreditation self-certification anywhere on this site. Any participation is defined only in a transaction-specific written agreement executed by the parties to it.

Our role is named in writing

Principal, developer, advisor and owner's representative each carry different duties, authority and liability. The role we take on a given project is defined in a written agreement before work begins, and no page here should be read as establishing that role.

Nothing on this site creates an engagement, a fiduciary duty, an agency relationship, a fee arrangement or a confidentiality obligation.

How experience is described

Prior experience is attributed to the individual principal and the entity that employed or contracted them at the time. It is not presented as the record of this company, and it does not imply that this company performed that work or that any prior counterparty endorses it.

No project counts, dollar totals, returns or performance figures are published, because none have been approved for publication. Where you see no number, there is no number — not a rounded one.

Forward-looking statements

Descriptions of intent, approach, process or ambition are statements of current thinking, not predictions or promises. Feasibility, approvals, capital markets, cost and schedule all change, and any of them can change an outcome.

Third parties and referenced names

Where another company, platform or system is named, it is named for identification only. Naming it is not a claim of partnership, endorsement, license or deployment, and any software referenced is separately licensed and not represented as running behind this site.

Threefold Development Academy is a separate educational platform. It shares no records, enrolment or audience with this site.

What sending a form does

A form submission is stored as a private record and produces a reference so we can both refer to it. A person reads it. It creates no commitment on either side, no confidentiality obligation, and no obligation for us to respond, review or proceed.

We never ask for banking, tax, identity or accreditation information, and public pages accept no file attachments. Please do not send confidential or personal material you would not want held as an ordinary business record.
