What we publish, and what we hold back until it is approved.
Real estate and capital sites are usually vague about the difference between a decision that has been made and a claim that sounds good. We keep a register of the decisions that govern this site. Twelve of them remain open. Each one holds back only the thing it affects — and while it is open, the conservative answer stands.
How a statement gets onto this site
A figure, a credential, a fee, a mandate or a named project appears only when the person accountable for it has approved the exact wording and the record behind it. If that has not happened, the page says nothing rather than something approximate. Absence here is a decision, not an oversight.

Public contact identity and domain
Not published: No mailing address, telephone number or public email address appears anywhere.
In force today: Inquiries reach us only through the forms on this site.
Decision 02
Legal formation, public legal name and contracting roles
Not published: No company registration, licensed status or regulated capacity is claimed.
In force today: We describe ourselves as coordinated practices within one operating company, and name our role in writing before work begins.
Decision 03
Investment mandate, geography, asset scope and capital capacity
Not published: No check size, target return, fund size, geography or asset-class mandate is published.
In force today: Qualitative descriptions of the kinds of participation we will consider.
Decision 04
Service scope, authority, insurance and fees
Not published: No fee schedule, hourly rate, fixed price or blanket execution guarantee is published.
In force today: Scope, authority and cost are defined per engagement in a written agreement.
Decision 05
Capital-formation activity, compensation and offering distribution
Not published: No offering, subscription, allocation, placement, success fee or co-sponsor arrangement is described or made available.
In force today: General relationship conversations only. There is no deal room, data room, subscription process or accreditation self-certification on this site.
Decision 06
Founder biographies and project claims
Not published: No project counts, dollar totals, square footage, named prior projects or credentials are published.
In force today: Role-based descriptions of each principal's discipline. Prior experience is attributed to the individual and the entity that employed or contracted them at the time.
Decision 07
Logo variants, photography and permissions
Not published: No invented project photography and no redrawn or recoloured version of our mark.
In force today: The approved vector artwork as supplied, with typographic and material treatments in place of imagery.
Decision 08
Records, accounts, retention and vendor configuration
Not published: No file uploads on public pages, and no financial, banking, tax or identity information is ever requested.
In force today: Form submissions are stored as private records readable only by trusted server code. Document sharing exists only inside the invitation-only partner area.
Decision 09
Sender identity, mailing address and newsletter permissions
Not published: No newsletter, marketing campaign or mailing list is running.
In force today: One notification email per inquiry, plus a receipt to the sender containing only their reference.
Decision 10
Scheduler, client-relationship system and signed events
Not published: No online booking, no calendar integration, no electronic signature and no automated handoff of your inquiry to another system.
In force today: A person reads each inquiry and replies.
Decision 11
Academy cross-reference and permitted handoff
Not published: No shared audience, no shared enrolment and no shared records between the two.
In force today: Threefold Development Academy is named and linked as a separate educational platform, nothing more.

Production release and rollback
Not published: No claim that this site is final, complete or independently reviewed.
