Threefold Development Partners

Media

Media & press

Where journalists, editors, producers and event organisers reach this firm. Releases are listed here when they are issued; the partners speak to the practice questions below; and every request sent from this page is recorded with its own reference and read by the partner who holds the subject.

Media contact

One address for everything press

Interviews, requests for comment, fact checks, corrections and speaking invitations all reach the same mailbox. You may email it directly — the form further down simply makes sure a request is recorded with a reference and cannot be lost.

Threefold Development Partners is a real estate firm working across capital, development and construction. The firm applies The Cord of Three Framework™ — capital, development and construction examined separately, then tested against each other — to projects it participates in and to work it performs for owners and sponsors under written engagement.

Who answers

A request reaches the partner whose discipline it sits in. Naming a partner is not a promise of his availability, and nothing is agreed until it is in writing.

Press releases

No releases have been issued

This firm has issued no press releases. Rather than fill this section with announcements of intent, it stays empty until there is a fact to report. When a release is issued it appears here in full, with the date it was issued and the partner who approved the wording.

What a release passes before it appears here

  • The announcement is a fact that has already happened, not a plan or an intention.
  • Every figure, name and date in it is separately approved for publication.
  • Any third party named has given written permission to be named.
  • Nothing in it describes or implies an offering of securities or a lending commitment.
  • A principal is recorded as the approver, with the date of approval.
  • The wording on this page and in any PDF is generated from the same approved source.

For practice writing in the meantime — decisions, checklists and the questions behind them — read the Knowledge Center.

Speaking

Panels, workshops and conference sessions

The partners speak to the seam where capital, development and construction meet — because that is where the work sits and where projects usually break. They do not speak about this firm's own numbers, its clients or its sites. No past engagement is listed below, because none is published.

Panel or moderated discussion

A partner takes part alongside others and answers questions in his own discipline — capital, development or construction.

Workshop or teaching session

Practice material, worked through with an audience. Education sessions are usually run through the Academy rather than the firm.

Conference session or keynote

A single subject, prepared in advance, on the practice questions listed below.

Interview, podcast or recorded conversation

Same subjects, same limits. Recording and use are agreed in writing beforehand.

Subjects the partners will take

  • Where development projects break at the seam between capital, development and construction
  • What an owner should control in a construction contract, and what is usually conceded
  • Reading a stalled or distressed project honestly before deciding whether to continue it
  • What a landowner should understand before selling or entering a joint venture
  • The difference between a development consultant, an owner's representative and a fractional development leader

Subjects they will not take

  • Any figure about this firm: project counts, capital, returns, track record totals.
  • Any named client, site, lender or transaction.
  • Investment terms, fund terms, lending terms, or anything that could be read as an offer.
  • Legal, tax, appraisal or accounting advice, or a regulated opinion of any kind.
  • Another firm's work presented as this firm's work.

What to send with an invitation

  • The date, city, venue and the audience the session is for.
  • The format, the length and who else is on the platform.
  • Whether the session is recorded, and how the recording may be used.
  • Whether the partner is named in your promotion before the appearance is agreed in writing — he is not, until it is.
  • Which discipline the subject sits in, so the request reaches the partner who holds it.

Choose “a speaking or panel invitation” in the form below and tell us the date and format. Sending it records the invitation; it does not hold a date, accept an appearance or permit the use of a partner's name in your promotion.

Teaching and course sessions are usually run through the Academy, which is separately operated and books its own dates.

Make a request

Interview, comment, fact check, correction or speaking invitation

Sending this form records your request with its own reference, emails the three managing partners and the operations mailbox, and sends you a confirmation of what arrived. It records a request and nothing more: it is not an agreed interview, an approved statement, an accepted speaking date, or a commitment to answer by your deadline. Please send non-confidential information only — nothing embargoed, and no attachments.

Fields marked * are required. Nothing is saved as you type.

Telling us a deadline helps. It is not a promise that we can meet it.

Non-confidential information only (0 characters). Please do not attach or paste embargoed or sensitive material.

Privacy

What happens to what you send

  • What we keep: only the entries on this form. Your details are stored as one private record and given a reference so we can find it again.
  • Why: to decide whether a conversation is appropriate, and to reply to you about it. A person reads every inquiry; nothing about you is decided automatically.
  • Who sees it: the Threefold principals and the person handling intake, plus the services that host this site and deliver our email. It is not published, sold or shared with any other party.
  • What we do not ask for: no financial account, tax, identity, credit or payment details, and no file uploads. Please do not send confidential documents through this form.
  • How long: while the matter is live and for up to twenty-four months after our last exchange, then deleted — sooner if you ask.
  • Marketing is separate: we only add you to a mailing list if you tick that box, and ticking it makes no difference to how your submission is reviewed.
  • Sending this form does not create a professional engagement, funding commitment, purchase agreement, confidentiality agreement or referral-fee obligation.
  • Your choices: you can ask for a copy of what we hold, a correction, or deletion, and we answer within thirty days at no charge.

The full notice is on our privacy page. Notice version 2026-09-18.1; the version you see is recorded with your submission.

Page updated 2026-09-20.

Nothing on this page is an offer, a solicitation, or advice of any kind. A partner's published experience belongs to that individual and the entity that employed or contracted him at the time; it is not a Threefold Development Partners track record. Recording a request is not acceptance of it.
