What we keep, and what we deliberately never ask for.
This notice covers the whole of this site, and matches the shorter version shown inside every form.

What we keep
Only what you type into a form: your name, your organization if you give one, your email address, a telephone number if you choose to add one, and the details of what you are bringing to us. We also keep the page the form was sent from, the reference we generate, and the date it arrived.
What we never ask for
We do not ask for banking details, account numbers, tax identifiers, government identity documents, accreditation statements or financial evidence, and public pages accept no file attachments. If you send any of that anyway, we will ask you to resend without it.
Why we keep it
To read your inquiry, decide whether it fits, and reply. Nothing more. We do not sell it, rent it, trade it or use it to build advertising audiences.
Who can see it
The principals of this company and the trusted service code that stores and delivers the record. Submissions are held as private records that ordinary visitors and the public interface cannot read. Two service providers are involved in ordinary operation: the platform that hosts this site and stores the records, and the service that delivers the notification email.
The mailing list is separate
A form never adds you to a mailing list. There is a separate tick box for that, unticked by default, and no campaign is currently being sent to anyone.
What sending a form does not do
It creates no engagement, no confidentiality obligation and no commitment on either side. Please treat anything you send as an ordinary business record rather than a protected disclosure.
Your copy, correction or deletion
Write to us through the contact page with your reference and ask for a copy of what we hold, a correction, or deletion. We will confirm when it is done. If you ask for deletion, we keep only the fact that a request was deleted.
The partner area
Approved partners who sign in have an account holding their name, organization and email address, plus any documents they choose to upload. Those files are private to that account and are opened through links that expire within a minute. Signing in is by invitation and approval only.
