Capital relationships
We'd rather earn the relationship than pitch you a deal.
This page is how private investors, family offices, institutional partners, lenders and strategic capital providers get to know how Threefold works. It is not an offering.
Alignment
What you are actually trying to own, for how long, and with what decision rights. Fit comes before any specific project.
Project readiness
We do not bring a project to a capital conversation until control, entitlements and budget basis are documented or the gaps are written down.
Reporting
Draw reporting, change control, schedule status and a decision record — the same discipline we apply as owner's representative.
Execution
Who holds the construction responsibility, what authority they have, and what happens if the plan slips.
Nothing on this page is an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security, nor an invitation to a deal room. Threefold publishes no investment terms, target returns or availability, and joining this list does not create eligibility for any offering. Any offering would be conducted separately, under counsel's review, with its own issuer, exemption, communications and verification requirements. This site accepts no funds and collects no wire instructions.
Introduce yourself
Start a capital conversation.
Share only what you're comfortable sharing. Anything sensitive can be discussed privately instead.
Capital formation for third parties
For owners and sponsors, Threefold works on capital strategy, readiness, materials, process and oversight — the work that makes a project underwritable. Securities introductions, solicitation, negotiation and transaction-linked compensation are outside this scope and require separate legal review; a consulting label or co-GP title does not settle that question.
