Using this site
You may read these pages, and send an inquiry through the forms. You may not attempt to reach private records or another person's account, scrape or republish the content as your own, or use any part of it to imply an association, endorsement or authority you do not have.
Accuracy and change
Pages describe our current approach and are revised as work and review progress. Some sections are labelled as drafts. We do not warrant that every page is complete or current, and nothing here should be relied on as the final statement of a scope, role or capability.
No offer and no engagement
Nothing here is an offer of any security, an investment recommendation, a fee quotation or a commitment of capital, and nothing here creates an engagement, agency or fiduciary relationship. Those exist only in a signed, transaction-specific agreement.
Inquiries you send us
Send only what you are willing to have held as an ordinary business record. We may keep it, read it internally, and decline without giving a reason. Sending it obliges neither of us to anything, and creates no confidentiality. Do not send banking, tax or identity information.
The partner sign-in area
Access is by invitation and approval only, personal to the person approved, and may be withdrawn at any time without notice or reason. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details private. Uploading a document does not make it a submission for review or a transaction record, and this area is not a deal room or data room.
Our material
The wording, structure, marks and artwork on this site belong to us or to the parties that licensed them to us. The Cord of Three Framework™ is our method and its name and description may not be reused as your own. Names of other companies or systems appear for identification only.
Limits
This site is provided as it stands. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of it or from reliance on anything published here, and we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free availability.
