Agreeing to these terms

By using this site you accept the terms on this page. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. “We” means Threefold Development Partners; “you” means the person using the site or sending an inquiry through it.

These terms apply together with our privacy notice and our standing disclosures. Where a signed agreement exists between us for a specific matter, that agreement governs that matter and these terms fall away to the extent they conflict with it.

Using this site

You may read these pages and send an inquiry through the forms. You may not attempt to reach private records or another person's account, probe or interfere with the site's security, scrape, harvest or republish the content as your own, or use any part of it to imply an association, endorsement or authority you do not have.

Automated bulk collection, resale of the content, and use of the site to send unlawful, misleading or abusive material are not permitted. We may withdraw access to the site or the partner area at any time.

Accuracy and change

Pages describe our current approach and are revised as work and review progress. We do not warrant that every page is complete or current, and nothing here should be relied on as the final statement of a scope, role, capability or price.

We may change, move or remove any page, and we may change these terms. The effective date at the top of this page tells you which version applies. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the current version.

No offer and no engagement

Nothing here is an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security or interest in any entity, fund, project or joint venture. Nothing here is investment, legal, tax or accounting advice, a fee quotation, or a commitment of capital.

Nothing here creates an engagement, an agency, a partnership, a joint venture or a fiduciary relationship. Those exist only in a signed, transaction-specific written agreement.

Inquiries you send us

Send only what you are willing to have held as an ordinary business record, and only information you are authorized to share. We may keep it, read it internally, and decline it without giving a reason. Sending it obliges neither of us to anything and creates no confidentiality.

Do not send banking, tax or identity information, and do not send anyone else's confidential material. You keep ownership of what you send; you give us permission to store it, read it and use it for the purpose of considering and answering your inquiry.

Where an introduction is recorded, recording it is not a promise of a fee, a commission, exclusivity or a protected position. Any such arrangement exists only if it is agreed in writing beforehand.

The partner sign-in area

Access is by invitation and approval only, is personal to the person approved, and may be withdrawn at any time without notice or reason. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details private and for anything done through your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has used it.

Uploading a document does not make it a submission for review, a transaction record or a protected disclosure, and this area is not a deal room, a data room or an offering platform. The status shown against an inquiry is an internal handling stage, not a decision or a commitment.

Our material

The wording, structure, arrangement, marks and artwork on this site belong to us or to the parties that licensed them to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. The Cord of Three Framework™ is our method; its name and description may not be reused as your own.

You may quote a short extract with attribution and a link. You may not reproduce a page, a framework description or the marks for commercial use without written permission. Names of other companies, platforms or systems appear for identification only.

Third-party links and services

Where we link to another site, including the separate Threefold Development Academy, we do so for convenience. We do not control it, we are not responsible for its content or its handling of your information, and a link is not an endorsement.

Availability

This site is provided as it stands and as it is available. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may suspend it for maintenance, correction or any other reason without notice.

Limits of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost profit, lost opportunity or lost data, arising from use of this site or from reliance on anything published here.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, in which case the narrowest exclusion the law permits applies instead.

Please raise it with us first through the contact page. We will look into it and answer. We would rather resolve a problem by discussion than by process, and we ask for the chance to do so before any formal step is taken.
