Founder-affiliated firm — separately owned and contracted
Robert K. Bishop Advisory
A separate firm led by Robert K. Bishop, offering fractional executive leadership, owner-side oversight and construction and development advisory for owners, developers, lenders and builders who want clarity before the next decision. It is separately owned and operated, separately contracted, and responsible for its own services, fees, licences, insurance, disclosures and performance.
In the firm's own words
“Bring order to complex construction and development projects.”
As published on the firm's own website, read 2026-09-20. Threefold does not restate the firm's credentials, track record or results here — those are the firm's own statements on its own site.
Where the line sits
At Threefold Development Partners, Robert is accountable for construction and execution: how a project is bought out, contracted, controlled and closed, and whether the plan on paper can actually be built for what it says it costs.
Robert K. Bishop Advisory is his own separate firm. Work taken there is contracted with that firm directly, under its own agreement, fee and insurance — not through a Threefold engagement.

Your information stays where you put it
Nothing you submit through this website is sent to this firm. Following the link below opens the firm's own website in a new tab and carries no information about you. If a referral ever becomes appropriate, it happens only with your separate, affirmative choice naming the firm and exactly what would be shared.
