Expertise

Six services, delivered as documents someone can act on.

Threefold's professional work is scoped, priced and agreed in writing. Every engagement produces work products an owner, lender or partner can read and use.

Professional services are separate from principal participation. Where an opportunity involves both, any advisory scope is explicit and separately agreed. Securities introductions, solicitation, negotiation and transaction-linked compensation are not part of these services.
