Founder-affiliated firm — separately owned and contracted
RAW Capital Raise
A separate platform affiliated with Felipe Soares, focused on capital-readiness architecture: the strategy, systems, materials, leadership and operating infrastructure behind private capital, acquisitions, investor relations and fund execution. It works within its own engagement and compliance framework, and it is not a source of guaranteed capital.
In the firm's own words
“Build the infrastructure behind the raise, the acquisition and the investment platform.”
As published on the firm's own website, read 2026-09-20. Threefold does not restate the firm's credentials, track record or results here — those are the firm's own statements on its own site.
Where the line sits
At Threefold Development Partners, Felipe is accountable for capital strategy, structure and partnerships: how a project is capitalised, what a lender or partner will actually need to see, and whether the reporting behind it holds up once money is committed.
RAW Capital Raise is a separate affiliated platform. Work taken there is contracted with that platform directly, under its own agreement and compliance framework — not through a Threefold engagement.
What the firm offers
Engagement categories the firm publishes on its own site. Availability, scope, fees and terms are set by that firm in its own agreement, not here.
Deal review
Independent underwriting, capital stack and sponsor review on a specific transaction.
Investment and acquisition model buildout
A transparent underwriting model the sponsor's own team owns and can run.
Fractional investor relations
An embedded IR function: reporting cadence, communications and the re-up motion.
Fractional chief investment officer
Thesis, screening standards and a documented investment-committee process.
Fractional chief acquisitions officer
Ownership of sourcing, screening, offer strategy and close management.
Fund readiness
An assessment of whether a fund can be launched, and the gaps to close first.
Fund launch
Terms, materials, diligence and the raise plan that carries a sponsor to first close.
Raise operations
Pipeline discipline and weekly accountability while a raise is live.
Who it works with
Real estate sponsors
Sponsors whose raise stalls on structure, materials or pipeline discipline rather than on the deal itself.
Acquisition firms
Teams that need underwriting, screening and close management to run as a repeatable function.
Established businesses
Operators building an investor-facing capital function for the first time.
What this page is not
- RAW Capital Raise is not a Threefold division, subsidiary, agent or joint venture.
- It is not a broker-dealer or a placement agent, and nothing here offers or solicits securities.
- It is not a guaranteed source of capital. No page on this site commits any firm to fund anything.
- Engaging it is a separate contract with that platform, under its own disclosures and compliance framework. Any interest a Threefold managing partner holds in it is disclosed to you in writing before you engage it.
Required disclosure
Robert K. Bishop Advisory and RAW Capital Raise are separate affiliated businesses. A referral or link does not create a Threefold engagement, combine the firms, guarantee acceptance, or transfer information or consent between them. Services, contracts, fees, confidentiality, licensing, and responsibility remain with the firm separately engaged.
Your information stays where you put it
Nothing you submit through this website is sent to this firm. Following the link below opens the firm's own website in a new tab and carries no information about you. If a referral ever becomes appropriate, it happens only with your separate, affirmative choice naming the firm and exactly what would be shared.
Threefold Development Partners does not offer securities or brokerage activity, licensed design or engineering determinations, regulated inspections or certifications, or legal, tax, appraisal or accounting opinions. This profile describes a separately owned and operated business using that firm's own published wording; it is not an endorsement, a guarantee of performance, an offer, or a commitment to fund anything.
